PROPAGE-S is a consultancy agency in social economy approved by the Wallonia area and founded on the initiative of the FGTB Wallonia.  Active since January 2009 and established in Charleroi (Monceau-sur-Sambre), Liege and Namur, PROPAGE-S offers its services for the whole of Wallonia.

As a consultancy agency, our primary functions are to accompany and advise projects in social economy, and particularly in social enterprise sector (at least 50% of the resources result from the sale of goods and services).

As an economic actor, our objectives are mainly the creation of activities and the creation of wealth.  But this creation of wealth must have a collective or social orientation and does not have to maximise profit for shareholders and owners.

The companies which utilise our services are mainly co-operatives or companies with social purposes (société à finalité sociale: sfs).   However, our services and councils are also accessible to the associative sector in so far as they are active, or intend to develop, a project with social purpose.

We offer our services to any person or entity which proposes to develop an economic activity being integrated in the criteria’s of the sector of the social economy.
